RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Administrative Director of Patient Care RN for Perioperative Services at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, NJ. The role leads Nursing Administration, oversees OR, PACU, SPD, SDS, and PAT, and ensures safe, high-quality care with a focus on continuous improvement.

Applicants should have a BSN and at least four years in perioperative settings plus nursing administration experience; CNOR and NJ RN license support are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Vice President, Patient Care Services in defining and evaluating nursing philosophy and objectives.
• Oversee OR, PACU, SPD, SDS, and PAT and Scheduling Department.
• Ensure delivery of safe, quality care and a customer service oriented environment.
• Develop and manage unit budget and participate in QA/PI activities.
• Promote quality patient care and lead teams through growth and change.
