Job summary

Omnicom is seeking a senior media leader to manage a large team across multiple channels, including digital, social and video. You will collaborate with senior leaders to align client, agency and business requests, ensuring adherence to workflow and budgets.

You will leverage deep media marketplace knowledge and strong presentation skills to drive strategy, negotiate contracts and manage vendor commitments while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a management role across large media teams
• Strong understanding of rates, digital buying models, programmatic, social, video and content
• Experience negotiating and contracting with vendors and clients
• Proficient in media terminology, math, reach and frequency calculations
• Familiarity with Comscore, DFA, Adviews and eMarketer platforms

Responsibilities

• Generate and present creative ideas that align with client goals and business strategy
• Lead and facilitate the creative process and brainstorming sessions
• Forecast how ideas will perform in the marketplace and across channels
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and drive results
• Develop strategic plans and allocate resources to achieve objectives on schedule
