Remote is hiring a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to lead global customer acquisition strategies. This role demands a blend of ambitious vision and data-driven execution, overseeing a team to optimize marketing initiatives across channels and enhance conversion rates while cultivating a culture of creativity and collaboration.
The Senior Director of Performance Marketing, is responsible for establishing and scaling our customer acquisition strategy and day to day management and directing of our performance channels at a Senior level. This role relies heavily on our value of Ambition, to build out a sophisticated acquisition machine and to continue to move performance marketing forward with great vision and business strategy. To thrive and flourish in this role, you must have a growth mindset, be data driven, be able to switch from strategy, to complex data problems, to help define creative that will drive conversion to executing and reporting results to the company.

The base salary range for this full-time position is between $156,350 USD to $219,850 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
