About The Role

As a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our Finance, Digital Acceleration, Strategy, and New Revenue Stream functions in the North America Operating Unit, you will be the driving force behind our people strategy. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can manage talent, organizational development, and employee relations within a dynamic environment. You will promote our company values and foster growth, collaboration, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Consultation: Provide strategic HR support to leadership, designing and implementing HR initiatives, organizational structures, and team dynamics aligned with business goals.
  2. Change Management: Develop and execute HR plans and change strategies to promote agility, accountability, and an empowered work environment.
  3. Talent Acquisition & Management: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to meet staffing needs, support recruitment, and lead talent development processes.
  4. Employee Development & Culture: Assess HR needs, foster a positive culture, and implement programs for employee growth and performance enhancement.
  5. Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Ensure fair policy application, legal compliance, and address workplace issues collaboratively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; post-graduate degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 12+ years of exempt-level HR experience, preferably as a generalist.
  • Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution, with skills in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, and Change Management.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to act as a change agent.
