Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in healthcare.
• 12+ years of experience working at a pharmaceutical company in roles involving strategy and execution.
• Strong enterprise thinking, strategic planning, and financial acumen; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end development and execution of patient support programs for the BOTOX Therapeutic franchise.
• Leads the integrated Patient Services team in U.S. strategy development and tactical execution.
• Accountable for removing barriers to therapy initiation and optimizing patient access and adherence.
• Partners with the BOTOX Brand team and IBT to align patient support with brand priorities.
• Drives budgetary discipline and regular updates on program performance.
