Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in healthcare.
• 12+ years at a pharmaceutical company in strategy and execution roles.
• Strong enterprise thinking and financial acumen.
• Data-driven mindset linking goals to franchise outcomes.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
• Expertise in access and reimbursement across patient touchpoints.
• Portfolio strategy depth with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and execution of patient support programs for BOTOX Therapeutic.
• Lead the U.S. strategy development and tactical execution for Patient Services.
• Remove barriers to therapy initiation to enable start and adherence.
• Partner with BOTOX Brand team and IBT to align programs with brand goals.
• Serve as primary integrator between Patient Services and brand partners.
• Provide strategic direction to Field Reimbursement Managers for access support.
• Drive accountability and data-informed updates to senior leadership.
• Monitor brand priorities and market trends to stay competitive.
