Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare.
• 12+ years in pharmaceutical company roles involving strategy and execution.
• Strong enterprise thinking and financial acumen.
• Data-driven mindset connected to franchise goals and patient outcomes.
• Experience leading in a matrixed organization with influence, not direct authority.
• Expertise in buy-and-bill access and reimbursement across end-to-end touchpoints.
• Portfolio strategy depth with measurable commercial impact.
• Ability to align with brand priorities and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and execution of patient support programs for BOTOX Therapeutic.
• Lead the US strategy development and tactical execution for the Patient Services team.
• Remove barriers to therapy initiation and optimize patient access and adherence.
• Collaborate with the BOTOX Brand team and the Integrated Brand Team to align programs.
• Integrate Patient Services with brand partners and ensure needs drive program design.
• Provide strategic direction to Field Reimbursement Managers on access and reimbursement.
• Drive accountability and performance across functions with data-informed updates.
• Monitor brand priorities, market economics, and future needs to stay current.
• Lead development and refinement of the patient care model for the franchise.
• Ensure rigorous financial planning, budgeting, and resource prioritization.
