Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA/MPH preferred.
• 12+ years in healthcare and pharmaceutical strategy and execution.
• Strong enterprise thinking, strategic planning, and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to lead in a matrixed organization and influence without formal authority.
• Expertise in buy-and-bill access and reimbursement models.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end development and execution of patient support programs for BOTOX Therapeutic, with clear KPIs.
• Leads U.S. strategy and tactical execution for the Patient Services team; chairs care model discussions and optimization.
• Collaborates with Brand teams to align patient support with brand priorities and commercial goals.
• Provides strategic direction and materials to Field Reimbursement Managers for access and reimbursement support.
• Drives accountability, data-informed updates to leadership, and continuous adaptation to market needs.
