Fortrea seeks a Senior Director, Patient-Centered Endpoints to lead strategic scientific engagements, shaping evidence generation, study design, and regulatory considerations for complex client programs.

The role drives scientific excellence, manages project staff, leads BD activities, and mentors teams while ensuring high-quality deliverables, client satisfaction, and compliant operations across global studies.

Qualifications

• High-level degree and 15+ years in social science/healthcare research.
• PhD and 10+ years in social science/healthcare research.
• Experience leading complex client engagements.
• Experience managing staff and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of GCP, PFDD, and patient-centered outcomes research methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of evidence generation strategies and study design in collaboration with clients.
• Provide scientific leadership for design, conduct and interpretation of patient-centered research with clients.
• Oversee development of study protocols, reports, and data collection instruments.
• Direct all phases of study execution ensuring scientific rigor, quality, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and dissemination of findings.
• Support regulatory interactions and scientific engagements with health authorities.
