Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Knowledge of laboratory reimbursement, outreach economics, and client contracting
Willingness to travel to Midwest client sites and national conferences

Responsibilities

Provide senior executive leadership and strategic direction for Regional Pathology Services (RPS)
Drive sustainable revenue growth and expand market share while maintaining regulatory compliance
Develop innovative laboratory solutions and ensure exceptional customer service
Collaborate with department leadership to develop policies, budgets, and long-range plans
Oversee financial stewardship and cross-functional execution across the organization
Travel to client sites and national conferences as required
