Qualifications

• Master's degree and significant experience in business operations, partnership development, or higher-education administration.
• Experience supervising personnel and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong organizational, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of external partnerships with industry, government, research organizations, economic‑development entities, healthcare organizations, foundations, nonprofit organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate partnership opportunities from concept to implementation with NCCU leaders and faculty.
• Oversee division budget development, expenditure monitoring, financial forecasting, and resource planning.
• Translate Vice Chancellor priorities into executable plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
