Job summary

LOVB Austin seeks a Senior Director, Partnerships Activation to own activation and growth of corporate partnerships, ensuring sponsorship assets are delivered flawlessly and drive renewals and upsells. Report to the VP of Growth and shape brand awareness, ticket sales, and fan engagement through activations in Season 3 and beyond.

This role partners with Marketing, Events, and Sales to deliver authentic activations for Austin, with weekend/home-match commitments and a path to scale the

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sponsorship activation, partnership marketing, or brand partnerships.
• Track record managing multi-deliverable partner contracts from signature through renewal.
• Strong project management; comfortable building process from scratch in a lean, fast-moving organization.
• Experience coordinating with marketing, events, and digital/social teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Familiarity with sports sponsorship conventions (FOJ/uniform placement, signage, hospitality, theme nights) strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for partner-facing reporting and relationship management.
• Comfortable working some evenings and weekends for home matches during the season (Dec–Apr).

Responsibilities

• Translate signed sponsorship agreements into activation plans, timelines, and deliverable trackers.
• Manage production calendar for jersey and hard-good placements against deadlines.
• Coordinate in-venue partner activation at home matches, including signage, suites, theme nights, and watch parties.
• Serve as day-to-day partner contact post-signature, managing relationships for satisfaction and delivery quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Ticketing, and Social Media to schedule and execute deliverables.
• Maintain activation playbooks and templates; build processes as the function scales.
