NiCE Actimize is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Director to develop and execute our global partner strategy. The role reports to the VP of Global Sales and manages regional Partner Sales Managers, driving indirect bookings, new logos, and partner-led growth across markets.
Responsibilities include leading a cross-functional alliance across marketing, product, and services, building the Business Partner Program globally, and recruiting/ enabling partners to support the go-to-market plan.

So, what's the role all about?
The Partner Sales Sr. Director is responsible for developing and executing the company's global partner strategy. The position reports to the VP of Global Sales and is a direct manager to regional Partner Sales Managers who reports to him/her. Key measurements of success will be indirect sales bookings, new logo acquisition, partner-generated leads, new partners recruitment per company strategy, certification, and quality.

The role will oversee the end-to-end partnership including all types of partners (resellers, SI, consulting…) relationships, building the Actimise offering to partners, marketing/GTM approach and general thought leadership. There are three key components of this role:
