Ladders is seeking a General Manager, Senior Director to lead partner relationships for a leader in Education, Government & Non-Profit. You will serve as a trusted senior contact, guiding contract management and portfolio performance to achieve sustainable growth.

This remote US-based role requires 5–7 years of external partnerships experience and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). You will monitor partner sentiment, align cross‑functional strategies, and drive program and revenue

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
5-7 years of experience managing external clients/partners.
Record of success in building and sustaining partnerships.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary relationship manager for partners, building trusted partnerships with senior leaders.
Act as the escalation point for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain awareness of partner sentiment through regular check-ins and feedback loops.
Strategically manage the health and performance of the partner portfolio.
Regularly review portfolio metrics to drive improvements.
Own the strategic development and negotiation of partner contracts.
Design and implement strategies for sustainable program and revenue growth.
