Hawai‘i Community Foundation is seeking a Sr. Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Workforce Strategy in Honolulu, HI. This executive role partners with the CEO/COO and the ELT to align talent, culture, and performance with the organization’s long‑term goals and community impact priorities.

The position leads enterprise‑wide efforts in leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational design, reporting to the CEO and supervising HR operations via the HR Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Advanced degree in HR, OD, public administration preferred.
• 10+ years in organizational leadership or HR.
• Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives and align talent with strategy.
• Oversee workforce planning and leadership development.
• Partner with CEO/Executive team on organizational design and culture.
