Job summary

Huron Consulting Group in the United States seeks a Senior Director to lead end-to-end Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera transformations for Engineering & Construction clients, shaping strategy and delivery.

You will manage multi-million-dollar programs, drive co-sell with Oracle, develop industry accelerators, mentor delivery teams, and maintain executive relationships.

Travel up to 75% is required; a Bachelor’s degree and Oracle certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Engineering & Construction lifecycle
• Proven Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera implementations
• Strong business development and revenue generation track record
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Oracle certs preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for annual bookings target for large, complex E&C pursuits
• Lead end-to-end solutioning and deal strategy for Oracle-based transformations
• Develop and scale E&C-specific Oracle offerings and integrations
• Partner with Oracle to drive co-sell motions with industry AEs
• Mentor a delivery team with Primavera and PPM expertise
• Lead thought leadership and market presence through webinars and events
• Manage executive-level client relationships across Finance, PMO, and Operations
