Job summary

Huron Consulting in the United States seeks a Director of Business Development to drive Oracle consulting services toward enterprise clients. You will sell direct-to-customer solutions across Oracle ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, CX, and AI, while delivering strong account management and client service.

You will generate leads, build the pipeline, respond to RFPs, and collaborate with architects and delivery professionals to price and win multi-million deals.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a business development/sales role in the IT professional services or management consulting industries.
• Demonstrated expertise and a strong network within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Full sales cycle experience, from lead generation, to identifying opportunities, to closing large, million-dollar plus deals.

Responsibilities

• Sales of Oracle Consulting services and direct-to-customer solutions across Oracle ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, CX, and AI.
• Provide exceptional account management and customer service to clients, with frequent contact via calls, email, and in-person meetings.
• Anticipate and respond to staffing requests, RFPs and all business opportunities; seek opportunities to provide additional Huron services.
• Collaborate with experienced architects, industry SMEs, and delivery professionals to deliver solutions and pricing.
• Prospecting, generating leads, and closing deals; grow the sales pipeline and pursue new opportunities.
• Communicate and partner with C-Suite, VP, Director, and Manager level executives.
