Job summary

ATI is seeking a Senior Director of Operational FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for the High Performance Materials & Components segment. You will partner with business unit leaders across multiple manufacturing sites to drive forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.

This role requires deep expertise in operational finance, manufacturing finance, and the ability to influence executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
• MBA and/or CPA is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or related leadership experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for ATI's High Performance Materials & Components (HPMC) segment across multiple sites.
• Oversee operational forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Develop capital investment analyses and performance management processes.
• Prepare executive-level financial analyses and board presentations.
• Drive process standardization and improved financial reporting.
