Job summary

Flex, a leading diversified manufacturing partner, seeks a Senior EPM Leader in Austin, TX to drive the strategy and evolution of our EPM capabilities, with a focus on OneStream. You will partner with Finance and IT leadership to improve reporting, consolidation, planning, and analytics, while guiding a small team within Finance IT/Enterprise Applications.

Qualifications

12+ years in enterprise technology or digital transformation, including 7+ years leading EPM capabilities.
Strong experience with OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC or similar EPM platforms.
Experience leading process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives across Finance IT.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the EPM ecosystem, primarily OneStream.
Partner with Finance and IT leaders to improve consolidation, reporting, planning, and analytics.
Drive process redesign, automation, AI, and other technology improvements.
Ensure OneStream supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting.
Lead strategic EPM projects and resolve complex system, integration, and process issues.
Establish governance, controls, security, and performance measures for the EPM platform.
Manage software vendors and implementation partners to maximize platform value.
Lead and develop a small team within the Finance IT/Enterprise Applications organization.
