Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a Medical Value and Outcomes Sr. Director (MVO) to lead clinical, health economics and outcomes research communications with population health decision-makers to ensure effective delivery of value stories and support for BeOne Medicines' products.

MVO will disseminate scientific evidence informing value propositions for our products and work closely with HEOR, medical affairs, clinical development, market access, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD, or related advanced degree with 10+ years of experience in Hematology/Oncology.
• Impactful oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
• Experience with HEOR and communications presenting HEOR data to external stakeholders.
• Experience with Value-based/Outcome-based metrics applied with payer customers.
• Ensure function maintains full compliance with internal and external guidance and regulations, including applicable policies and codes.
• Proven ability to drive results at a high level of quality as a strategic and creative thinker/leader.
• Demonstrates ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in an ever-changing environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients in a global and matrixed environment.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to determine, prioritize, and meet objectives.
• Ability and interest in managing and supporting the development of one or more junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical, HEOR communications with population health decision-makers.
• Disseminate scientific evidence informing value propositions for BeOne Medicines’ products.
• Collaborate with HEOR, medical affairs, clinical development, market access, legal, compliance and other functions.
• Build and maintain relationships with national and regional payers and managed care organizations.
• Present HEOR data to external customers and at conferences.
• Represent BeOne Medicines on HEOR issues at national/global forums and professional associations.
• Work with internal partners and external KOLs to advance payer strategies.
• Support development of VB/OB metrics for payer customers.
• Define professional development plans for HEOR team members.
