Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking a senior Medical Value and Outcomes leader to drive clinical, health economics and outcomes research communications for population health decision-makers. The role guides HEOR strategy, develops payer-facing evidence, and builds compliant relationships with payers and KOLs.

Applicants should have an advanced degree (MD/PharmD/PhD) with 10+ years in Hematology/Oncology or 15 years with a master’s degree, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD or related advanced degree with 10+ years in Hematology/Oncology.
• Alternatively, a master’s degree with 15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with HEOR and presenting data to external stakeholders.
• Experience with value-based/outcome-based metrics with payers.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical acumen related to disease-states of interest to BeOne Medicines.
• Manage HEOR projects and communicate with population health decision-makers.
• Build relationships with national and regional payers and formulary bodies.
• Present clinical and HEOR data to external audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams (HEOR, medical, market access) to support strategy.
• Represent BeOne Medicines at national/global forums and conferences.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
