Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a senior leader in Medical Value and Outcomes to guide clinical, HEOR, and outcomes communications for population health decision-makers. You will disseminate evidence supporting value propositions, and lead relationships with payers, KOLs, and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates hold an MD/PharmD/PhD or related advanced degree with 10+ years in hematology/oncology, and possess strong written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with HEOR and communicating HEOR data to external stakeholders.
• Experience applying value-based/outcome-based metrics with payer customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HEOR communications for population health decision-makers.
• Collaborate with HEOR, medical affairs, clinical development, and market access teams.
• Present clinical and HEOR data to external customers and at forums.
