The role focuses on identifying and developing a team of managers through associate director readiness, while providing operational leadership across small to medium development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred. Minimum of 15+ years’ experience relevant broad project / program management experience.
• Extensive Pharma R&D project management experience and deep end-to-end drug development understanding.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels.
• Strong presentation and critical thinking skills.
• Able to promote constructive interactions and resolve conflicts with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of high-performing, early-career program managers through associate-director readiness.
• Provide operational leadership, direction, and support to development programs from preclinical through lifecycle management.
• Develop integrated plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with company goals.
