Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Director, Development Program Management to lead strategic program management for oncology in a hybrid capacity. You will guide cross-functional teams from preclinical through late development, shaping program strategy and execution.

Location options include Tarrytown, NY or Warren, NJ with 25% travel. You will build talent pipelines, deliver integrated plans, and drive continuous improvements across the portfolio,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years' experience in broad project/program management, ideally in pharma/biotech.
• Extensive Pharma R&D program management experience and end-to-end drug development knowledge.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication; able to interact with all levels.
• Excellent presentation and critical thinking skills; proactive in guiding teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and lead a team of program managers.
• Develop and implement development plans, coaching, and feedback for direct reports.
• Create training curricula for program managers aligned with department goals.
• Build and manage a project allocation model to support pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with portfolio management to anticipate and plan resourcing.
