Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and lead a team of program managers across levels.
• Develop training curricula and career ladders for PMs; oversee coaching and feedback.
• Create project allocation models and resourcing plans to support pipeline needs.
• Partner with Global Program Head to drive strategic program teams from preclinical through lifecycle management.
• Develop and ensure delivery of comprehensive integrated plans with timelines and budgets.
