Advocate Health seeks a senior leader to oversee a major program within Wake Forest University Health Sciences – Clinical Trials: Comprehensive Cancer Center. You will plan, coordinate and manage all aspects of the program, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to advance strategic goals.

The role requires a Master's degree with five+ years of related leadership experience, strong budget oversight, and proven ability to drive results in a complex academic health system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with five years of progressive and applicable experience in the area served required; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Significant experience and documented success in setting strategic direction and delivering on objectives for a business unit, company or academic unit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and coordination of the program.
• Analyze systems and processes; implement best practices.
• Create evaluation strategies to monitor performance.
• Set goals aligned with strategic objectives.
• Assist leadership in defining goals and plans.
• Assist budget development and planning.
• Ensure fiscal compliance and monitor expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Provide regular reports to senior management.
• Develop effective communication channels.
