Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a senior leader for the Clinical Trials Department to provide strategic direction and drive transformational change across the enterprise. • Experience developing operational budgets for clinical trials departments.
• Ability to provide strategic direction and oversight for enterprise-wide projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for clinical trials leadership and department vision.
• Oversight of enterprise-wide trial projects and operational planning.
• Perform metric analysis to align workload with objectives.
• Ensure regulatory inspections and sponsor audits readiness.
• Develop and monitor portfolio performance reports.
