Job summary

Labcorp, a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development, seeks a Senior Director to steer Oncology and AP supply chain operations. You will guide end-to-end supply flows across patient services, pre-analytics, logistics, histology, and genomics, ensuring quality, compliance, and impactful financial performance.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and talent development, with a focus on scalable, patient-centered services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Supply Chain, Business, Biological Sciences, or related field.
2+ years of experience leading oncology, molecular diagnostics, or related lab operations.
2+ years of direct or indirect people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans for Oncology and AP supply chain operations.
Ensure optimized specimen supply chain from collection through report.
Lead development of operational analytics and dashboards to drive improvements.
Oversee mergers/acquisitions integration within AP and oncology space.
