SKIMS is seeking a Senior Director of Multi-Channel Buying to lead the commercial buying strategy across owned stores and digital channels, driving optimal assortments, inventory productivity, and profitable growth while supporting launches and global expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of buying/merchandising experience in a high-growth fashion or consumer brand.
• Experience leading buying strategies across multiple sales channels, including owned retail and ecommerce.
• Strong analytical capabilities with inventory management, OTB, and performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Lead the buying strategy across owned retail and digital channels to optimize assortments and brand cohesion.
• Develop seasonal and long-range buying plans aligned with growth, financial objectives, and priorities.
• Partner with Global Merchandising and Digital teams to support launches and omnichannel opportunities.
• Own channel-level sales performance, gross margin, inventory productivity, and sell-through metrics.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of buyers across product categories.
