Swagelok Northern California seeks a Director of Quality to lead the quality management system (QMS) within ISO and Swagelok Quality System framework. This role owns the Quality department budget and strategic plan and guides Quality Control Technicians and associates to ensure quality objectives are met.

You will partner with process owners and executive leadership to proactively measure quality performance, drive corrective actions, and embed continuous improvement across Supply Chain,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Minimum of 8 years with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 5 years with a master’s degree.
• At least 3 years of that Quality experience in a leadership or management role.
• ASQ CQE or CMQ/OE preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operation of the Quality management system and budget.
• Lead quality assurance activities, CAPA, RCA, and supplier performance.
• Review drawings, BOMs, and production routings for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to address quality concerns.
• Lead continuous improvement and cross-functional projects.
