Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Six Sigma Green Belt / Lean Six Sigma training preferred.
• ASQ Certifications preferred: Quality Manager/Organizational Excellence, Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt, Quality Auditor.

• Develop and implement quality plans, standards, and systems across the organization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in quality, including training and process improvements.
• Build and maintain the QMS framework aligned with leadership vision and business objectives.
