Job summary

USIC is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to drive strategy execution for a regulated, safety-critical service line. This role leads roadmaps, performance plans, and capability enhancements while maintaining full P&L accountability.

The position is 100% remote with up to 50% nationwide travel, requiring collaboration across Operations, Finance, Technology, Sales, and Account Management to deliver scalable, compliant offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of service-line strategy and roadmaps aligned to enterprise priorities and market needs.
• Accountable for revenue growth, margin, and cost targets within approved plans.
• Collaborate with Operations to align delivery, safety, and compliance with roadmaps.
• Engage with Technology, Data, Sales, and Account Management to enable adoption and market positioning.
• Support decisions to launch, scale, or retire services with data and readiness assessments.
