Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead across product, engineering, and operations teams to work more effectively, scale successfully, and maximize the impact of product investments across our portfolio. Your keys to success are living a customer-first, data-driven mindset with the ability to influence at all organization levels, maintain a big picture view, and get things done.

What You'll Do

  1. Enterprise Planning: Lead portfolio-wide planning and rhythm-of-business activities, to ensure alignment with business objectives while streamlining operations and enhancing organizational agility.
  2. Executive Influence & Communication: Collaborate directly with the executive leadership team, clearly communicating complex operational insights through storytelling with data to inform critical business decisions and align on strategic priorities.
  3. Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide strategic oversight and lead cross-departmental initiatives involving Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and other key functions, ensuring alignment and collaborative execution of high-impact projects.
  4. Operational Innovation: Continuously improve and optimize enterprise-wide product development processes, lifecycle management, and operational frameworks to foster agile, outcome-driven product management.
  5. Complex Problem Solving: Tackle complex, ambiguous challenges across multiple departments and geographical regions, leveraging deep analytical skills to identify root causes and deliver sustainable solutions.
  6. Talent & Organizational Development: Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team that will evangelize our product operating model and empower product team members to execute more effectively, including use of “fit for purpose” AI tooling.

What We're Looking For

  • Typically, 10+ years of successful experience in product operations, product management, strategy consulting, operational excellence, or related fields, including demonstrable experience executing at scale.
  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional operations, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategic alignment within rapidly growing, dynamic organizations.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary product management principles, including deep familiarity with agile, customer-focused methodologies as advocated by Silicon Valley Product Group.
  • Demonstrable skills in leveraging AI to enhance productivity, product operational processes, and decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives influencing executive-level decisions.
  • Demonstrated capacity for driving significant organizational change, promoting innovation, and influencing operational efficiency and effectiveness enterprise-wide.

What We'd Love To See

  • Advanced degree (Master's/MBA) strongly preferred, with relevant certifications in product management, leadership, or operational excellence considered advantageous.
  • Experience and demonstrated interest in fintech, payments, financial services, or related B2B industries strongly preferred.
