• 15+ years of experience in security engineering, privacy engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years leading and developing engineering or security organizations.
• Deep technical expertise across security disciplines with breadth across product, platform, and infrastructure.
• Experience embedding security and privacy into the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for Product Security, Platform Security, and Privacy Engineering.
• Lead and grow a high-performing organization of managers and senior technical leaders.
• Establish security/privacy architecture principles for products, services, and data systems.
• Drive security reviews, threat modeling, secure design, and vulnerability management.
• Advance privacy engineering with privacy-by-design practices in architecture and data flows.
• Translate regulatory and company privacy commitments into engineering requirements and durable solutions.
• Own cross-functional priorities, metrics, and executive reporting for risk-reduction programs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance leadership.
