Job summary

The Clubhouse Network is seeking a Director of Development to lead fundraising strategy, cultivate major donors, and advance philanthropic partnerships across a global youth development platform. You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to expand funding, align programs with growth, and drive sustainable impact.

• 10+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or philanthropic partnership roles.
• Experience securing major philanthropic investments from individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Strong donor pipeline development and cultivation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including proposals.
• Experience with donor management systems such as Salesforce.
