Significant senior leadership experience in venue operations or performing arts.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across production, facilities, audience services, technology, and security.
Experience developing operating and capital budgets and managing contracts.
Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
Strong project management and safety/compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic partner to the President and CEO and define operational priorities.
Translate goals into operating plans, systems, policies, and accountability structures.
Provide operational and financial leadership with fiscal discipline and resource stewardship.
Oversee production, audience services, technology, security, parking, concessions, and facility operations.
Lead long-range capital planning, safety programs, and compliance efforts.
