Job summary

College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) seeks a Director of Campus Operations to act as a strategic extension of the SEVP for Ground Campuses & Admissions. You will partner with Campus Presidents to strengthen leadership, boost campus performance, and execute key priorities across CHCP’s ground campuses.

This role requires coaching senior leaders, leading enterprise initiatives, and creating lasting operational improvements with approximately 70% travel in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Higher Education, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in higher education or multi-campus operations.
• Experience coaching senior leaders and driving organizational change.
• Strong ability to influence and drive results without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives from planning to adoption and sustained results.
• Partner with Campus Presidents to improve operational execution and campus performance.
• Develop and monitor action plans with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Coach Campus Presidents in critical thinking, decision-making, and leadership development.
• Collaborate across Admissions, Education, Career Services, Compliance, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, Facilities and Org Development to resolve cross-functional challenges.
