Job summary

Alloy Precision Technologies seeks a seasoned manufacturing leader to drive strategic and day-to-day operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and maintenance. You will steer lean initiatives, push for process improvements, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while engaging cross-functional teams.

You will mentor staff, develop annual objectives, and advance profitability in a fast-paced environment. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Operations Management, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of manufacturing management experience.
• Experience in precision welding (tig, laser, brazing, soldering), CNC and manual machining, and light assembly is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with Visual Manufacturing is a plus.
• Must be strategic, proactive, persistent, and able to manage multiple projects and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing, supply chain, maintenance, production planning, and warehouse functions.
• Establish quality and efficiency to meet performance objectives and safety/environmental goals.
• Develop and implement improved operating methods to reduce costs and improve profitability.
• Mentor and empower teams; communicate across corporate departments.
• Ensure compliance with Customer, AS9100, and regulatory requirements; travel as needed.
