Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of claims management experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of claims operations, claims processing, and managed care workflows.
• Medicare Advantage experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across multiple managed care departments and leaders.

This individual will serve as a key resource for claims operations, partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership team, and drive initiatives focused on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance.
