Jobot in Palm Desert, CA seeks a Senior Director of Managed Care Operations to lead strategic initiatives across claims operations and executive-partnered projects. The role oversees 4-5 director-level teams and partners with the CFO and other senior leaders to drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in claims management, strong leadership, and healthcare system familiarity, including Medicare Advantage exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of claims management experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of claims operations, claims processing, and managed care workflows.
• Medicare Advantage experience highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership across multiple managed care departments and leaders.
• Oversee and support approximately 4-5 directors and their respective teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for claims operations, workflows, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and performance metrics.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
