Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT leadership spanning infrastructure, operations and cybersecurity in regulated environments.
• Experience with GxP, SOX compliance.
• Hands-on AWS or hybrid cloud experience.
• People leadership including managing managers.
• Security certifications (CISSP/CISM) preferred.
• Nice to have exposure to clinical systems and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Own IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and service delivery across hybrid on-prem and AWS environment.
• Drive vendor management programs, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and SLA compliance.
• Lead enterprise cybersecurity program across architecture, controls, incident response, and recovery.
• Ensure IT compliance with SOX, GxP and data privacy standards, and AI governance requirements.
• Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Quality and Lab Operations on IT support for clinical trials and scientific systems.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT and Cybersecurity team.
• Drive adoption of modern infrastructure and cloud technologies to support enterprise platforms and AI tools.
