About the Role
The Senior Director of Government Affairs, Policy, and Payer Access (Patient Access) leads NBDF’s efforts to improve healthcare access for individuals with bleeding disorders. You will develop strategic partnerships with payers, Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs), and community stakeholders, while driving solutions to systemic barriers. This role requires strategic and operational leadership in executing NBDF’s access strategy via research, policy advocacy, education, and program oversight. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, collaboration skills, and the ability to influence change in a complex healthcare landscape.

Work Environment
This position is remote, with up to 35% domestic travel (2-3 times/month), including overnight stays. Travel involves presentations at regional meetings, MASAC, and other key events, including in-person and virtual programs like the Bleeding Disorders Conference and CCSC events.

Compensation
