The Senior Director will lead efforts to improve healthcare access for individuals with bleeding disorders, developing strategic partnerships and driving solutions to systemic barriers. Responsibilities include executing access strategies through research, policy advocacy, education, and overseeing national programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills to influence change across the healthcare landscape.
This position is remote, with up to 35% domestic travel. Candidates should be comfortable working with a dispersed team and attending key events.
