Main Responsibilities:
- The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will be the subject matter expert in patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and other related issues within the Dupixent Business Unit.
- The FRM is a key member of the Sanofi Patient Support Services team, collaborating with Sales, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, Dupixent MyWay (Patient Support Program), and vendors to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in developing and executing national strategies to build reimbursement confidence and support patient access efforts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay programs, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and funding options.
- Act as a primary contact for Patient Support Services (Dupixent MyWay), collaborating cross-functionally to support Dupixent pull-through efforts.
- Educate office staff on prior authorization, appeals, reimbursement, free drug, and financial assistance programs.
- Implement geographic business plans to improve access to Dupixent.
- Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscapes, including specialty pharmacy and utilization management criteria.
- Build positive relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external).
- Partner with colleagues to foster a respectful, customer-focused culture.
- Engage with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to support patient access and awareness.
- Conduct HCP office visits to facilitate access and resolve escalated issues, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Work to reduce cycle times and increase patient prescription conversions.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree required
- Minimum 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or relevant experience
- Experience in specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement, or Market Access is a plus
- Ability to travel as needed within the assigned geography (~50%)
- Proven success in cross-functional teamwork in matrix environments
- Energetic, driven, and adaptable to change
- Strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
- Compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
- Valid driver's license
Travel Requirements:
- Approximately 50% travel, depending on geography
- Availability to attend meetings, trainings, and programs as necessary
