New York University seeks a Senior Director for the Office of Equal Opportunity to provide strategic leadership in advancing compliance with federal, state, and city anti-discrimination laws and NYU policies across the university.

You will oversee the Affirmerative Action (AA) program, LEP program, and the Bias Response Line (BRL), while supervising a team of professionals and guiding trainings, budgeting, and data management to support a proactive, inclusive campus culture.

Qualifications

• JD required for legal leadership in equal opportunity.
• 7+ years of relevant experience including investigations.
• Experience supervising a team and developing programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead investigations related to discrimination, harassment, misconduct and retaliation.
• Oversee AA, LEP, and BRL programs and related trainings.
• Provide budgeting, workflow planning, and data management support.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to promote equity and inclusion.
