Responsibilities

• Lead the solution and domain architecture organization: hiring, development, performance and succession for architects.
• Own architect assignment and capacity: allocate architects to programs and projects by priority.
• Own the quality and consistency of solution architecture: deliverable standards, peer review and conformance to portfolio target states and practice standards.
• Bring architects arriving from other ETG organizations into one operating model with defined roles and career paths.
