Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect for Strategic Initiatives to own end-to-end architecture of a major cloud ERP transformation, including ERP core, boundary systems, and integrations across order-to-cash, source-to-pay, plan-to-produce and record-to-report.

This remote role requires deep multi-region ERP experience, governance participation, and ability to drive roadmaps, cut-over design, and alignment with enterprise platforms across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent technology delivery experience.
• 15+ years in technology, including 5+ years hands-on software or systems engineering and 8+ years in architecture or leadership roles.
• Lead architect on at least one full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM program at enterprise scale.
• Deep knowledge of ERP boundary landscape and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of the initiative: ERP core, boundary apps and data flows across process areas.
• Review designs for conformance to enterprise standards and resolve cross-workstream conflicts.
• Serve on steering/design forums and drive roadmap/transition timing decisions.
• Transfer program architecture knowledge to Solution & Domain Architects.
