Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Five or more years in fundraising, development, or nonprofit leadership.
• Experience with major gifts, annual giving, grants, and donor stewardship is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the YMCA's development and philanthropic strategy.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts and donors.
• Oversee annual giving campaigns and raise corporate partnerships.
• Identify foundation and grant opportunities and manage reporting.
• Develop planned giving, endowment strategies, and capital campaigns.
• Maintain donor records and fundraising metrics; report to leadership.
