Job summary

Clarivate is seeking a Senior Director of Cyber Security to lead enterprise-wide strategy, strengthen security operations, and protect systems, data, and customers across regulated environments. You will collaborate with Technology, Product, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to advance a risk-based program and improve control maturity.

The role requires 12+ years in cyber security, 5+ years of leadership, and strong familiarity with healthcare/regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in cyber security within regulated environments such as healthcare or life sciences.
• 5+ years leading cyber security teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiar with HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP and data integrity principles.
• Experience defining enterprise security strategy, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, CIS Controls or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement cyber security strategy, roadmap, and operating model to reduce risk.
• Oversee security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and threat monitoring.
• Lead a global cyber security program across governance, risk, and compliance.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Privacy, Legal, and business leaders to embed security requirements.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing cyber security team and report to executives.
