Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Cost and Coverage to own the end-to-end financial front door for members. You will define the product strategy, drive cost transparency, and oversee a portfolio of cost and coverage experiences, including mentoring 3 product managers/analysts and shaping business cases.

The role emphasizes business acumen, able to lead cross-functional initiatives with a player-coach approach and deliver practical, scalable solutions in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Product experience including 5 years with the Software Lifecycle and 3 years of advanced domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and develop a holistic product vision and the corresponding strategy to drive value.
• Anticipate future needs using metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvement opportunities.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences.
• Own the product backlog and refresh prioritization with input from internal and partner teams.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members on vision and strategic road mapping.
